For clients requiring multiple mailboxes branded with their company name, Prop Data offers Domain Email Boxes. The Domain mailbox is like any other mailbox, except that it carries the domain name of your business (yourname@companyname.co.za), instead of your Internet Service Provider’s address (yourname@propmail.co.za). Your email will be stored in your email box on our mail server, and will be available for collection whenever you are on the Internet, wherever you are in the world. Your business email address will help you brand your company as a professional business with every email.

An alias allows you to create multiple disposable email addresses for each email box, so that you don't have to share your primary email address. All emails sent to an alias go to the primary email box.

A Catch-All email account accepts and delivers any messages not addressed to a specific email box at your domain name to the email box you specify as Catch-All. This way, no incorrectly addressed email sent to your domain will be lost.

Email forwarding enables you to forward any emails sent to a specific email box on to another email box.
